These terms govern your use of HORSE GOLD TRADING (the "Service"), operated by HORSE GOLD TRADING ("we", "us"), Israel. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.

1. The Service

The Service is software that measures risk-management discipline in gold (XAU/USD) trading. It reads trading history you upload (for example a MetaTrader 5 history report) or enter manually, and checks it against fixed rules: use of a stop-loss, loss to the stop as a share of the balance (up to 3% by default), stop distance relative to the daily range, planned risk-to-reward, trading after a loss and the number of trades per day. It shows a score, an explanation for each trade and a checklist.

2. No investment advice

The Service does not provide investment, financial or trading advice, signals or recommendations, does not manage funds and does not execute trades. All results describe past or planned trades against risk rules only. Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You must be at least 18 years old. One subscription is for one person.

4. Subscription, billing and our reseller

The Service is offered as a monthly subscription at the price shown on our website, payable by credit card or PayPal. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from inside the Service. After cancellation the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. If a renewal payment fails and is not settled within 3 days, access is suspended.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, overload or disrupt the Service, or resell access to it.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Market reference data (such as the daily gold range) comes from third-party providers and may occasionally be missing or delayed. We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.
