Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with HORSE GOLD TRADING.

1. 14-day refund

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Refunds for later renewals can be requested within 14 days of the renewal charge.

2. How to request

Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which handles refunds. Reply to your Paddle receipt email, use paddle.net, or write to support@horsegoldtrading.com and we will arrange it.

3. Cancellation

Cancelling stops future renewals; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Cancelling by itself does not refund the current period — request a refund as described above.
