This policy explains what personal data HORSE GOLD TRADING (operated by HORSE GOLD TRADING) collects and how it is used.

1. Data we collect

• Account: email address, language and a password stored only as a salted hash.
• Trading data you provide: trades from the reports you upload or enter (symbol, direction, size, prices, times, profit) and the balance needed to compute risk. Names and account numbers in uploaded reports are masked and not stored.
• Subscription: subscription status and identifiers from our payment reseller Paddle. We never receive or store card or PayPal details.
• Feedback: report ratings and comments you choose to send.

2. How we use it

To provide the checks, scores and reports; to manage your subscription; to send service emails (password reset, a daily summary after a trading day, reminders and, for up to 90 days after cancellation, a re-engagement message). You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails with the link in each email.

3. Processors

• Google (hosting, data storage and email delivery).
• Paddle (payments, as Merchant of Record).
• Anthropic (writing the optional text report). Only computed, anonymised numbers are sent — never your name, email or account number.

4. Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account exists. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to support@horsegoldtrading.com; we will reply within 30 days.

5. Security

Access to the data is limited to the operator of the Service. Passwords are hashed; payment details are handled only by Paddle.
